Our company, Options Waste Water Solutions Ltd, is a waste water asset management company covering sewage treatment plants, pump stations, carpark interceptors, grease traps, septic tanks and drainage systems all over the UK.
The team here at Options also offer a full wet waste collection service covering sewage and hazardous waste, provided through our nationwide supply partners.

Sewage Treatment Plants
The team here at Options will design, supply and install your sewage treatment plant (available as a personalised design or pre-packaged product) to treat your effluent to the standards set by the EA. We can then undertake the routine servicing of the plant along with the required regular de-sludge in order that we continue to achieve this legal consent.

Pump Stations
We can design, supply and install your packaged pump station to suit any waste or clean water requirement. We operate nationally across the UK and in addition we can undertake a service and maintenance schedule to keep your waste water asset functioning efficiently and safely.

Drainage
Here at Options Waster Water Company, we offer around-the-clock drainage service across the South East of England and within the M25. We also operate across the North of England and Southern Scotland.
Our work with you doesn’t just end after the supply and installation process. Our contracts include a six-month planned preventative descale and a full reactive service to cover for unforeseen blockages and drain breakages.

Grease Traps
Operating across the UK with bases in Hitchin, Poole and Sunderland, we’re proud to be a business that continues to grow in the industry – evolving to involve new technologies and products.
We aim to install the best products and designs the first time around – saving you time and money. We recommend the Grease Shield internal grease trap, and it’s our preferred product to work with. However, we understand that our clients are individual and have requirements unique to them. If you have a specific make in mind, or have one already installed, we can maintain these for you with exceptional competence.
In addition, we have serviced sites where the current system works well and where the client is happy with the results, so we are happy to keep these systems topped up with fluid and will maintain them as designed.
The Options team also maintains a partnership that allows us to offer a national wet waste collection service. We’ll be happy to empty your installed external grease trap as well.

The Environment
Here at Options, we’re passionate about preserving the environment – so we reduce and recycle waste wherever possible. If you find yourself with a lot of oil waste, we can refer you to our supply partners who will be happy to arrange the collection of your collected oil from active internal grease traps - and you'll be paid well for it! We can also introduce customers with high levels of food waste to partners who will happily recycle your food waste into fuel for your boilers.
